"So initially I was just curious what the guys at mission jobs had to offer, so I decided to opt in and check it out. I had some other friends that had previously done sales, and I even had an older sibling that had some success with it. I had entertained the idea of doing sales, but it wasn’t until I spoke with the guys at mission jobs that I became really interested. It became apparent to me that mission jobs new the right people at the right companies.

Education: BYU

they set me up with the VP of the company-something my siblings and friends just couldn’t do. After several interviews, and consulting heavily with the guys at MissionJobs, I decided to work for the pest control company they lined me up with. Once I finished my last final for the semester, I packed my bags and traveled to a different state where I started my new summer job. The first day was a lot like the mission. Lots of walking, and talking to people I didn’t know. I definitely felt uncomfortable the first day.

From: Reno, Nevada

By day three, I had made friends with the other returned missionaries on my team, and had already made some sales!

By the end of the Summer I had made over $26,000, and I was so excited about it. The company reimbursed me for rent, and I was able to go back to Provo and concentrate on my studies, dating, and social life at BYU over the next school year. I was super grateful for my experience, and all the hard work I had put into it. Definitely worth the sacrifice."

As a marketing major, I knew that getting some sales experience before I graduate would give me a competitive advantage in the market. I stumbled upon mission jobs and decided to check it out.

The guys at MissionJobs found me a great company to work for, however I decided to turn the offer down, and go sale alarm systems instead. I never felt like I was disappointing anyone because mission Jobs made it very clear that I didn’t have to accept their offer. Having said that, the guys at Mission Jobs advised me not to go, just because the company was a newer company, and I wouldn’t be around returned missionaries.

Education: BYU

Unfortunately I didn’t listen to them, and one week into working for the alarm company I was extremely unimpressed. The company was doing shady things, and they even tried to not pay me everything they owed me. I called the guys at mission jobs and asked them what to do. They made a couple of calls and before I knew it I was with an amazing company surrounded by amazing individuals (the whole team was made up of returned missionaries.) I was also placed in a market where there was a huge need for what I was selling, Pest Control. I was super grateful that I listened to the guys at Mission Jobs.

From: Salt Lake City Utah

They were able to help me turn what could have been a very negative experience into an extremely positive one. I made over $27,000 that summer. That was more money than MissionJobs even told me I would make.

The work wasn't easy, but it ended up being a great experience where I made great lifetime friends. It gave me a new perspective on sales, increased my confidence, and helped me to have enough money to focus on my schooling, instead of work. I was also grateful that it helped me to become self reliant, and have enough money to move out of my parents' home.

"I first heard about the door-to-door sales game when I came to Utah. Not shortly after submitting my information, I found myself chatting with the guys at MissionJobs. A placement specialist called me at our scheduled time, and told me a little bit about his experience. After chatting with him, he had me fill out a quick survey, and then he sent my profile out to the MissionJobs network.

After a week or so, they called me and told me that they had an opportunity for me, and lined me up with a regional manager to start interviewing. After a couple of interviews, I had made up my mind and decided to go with the company MissionJobs set me up with.

I told several of my returned missionary friends about the opportunity I had, and they also decided to come work with me. The summer was extremely rewarding. Relocating made it possible for me to earn 5 times as much money than I could have by staying and working in Utah."

"I decided to register and give MissionJobs a shot while I was going to school at LDSBC. I was presented with a really amazing opportunity with a great company, but was still a little hesitant. After chatting with the guys at mission jobs multiple times, I started to feel like I was making the right choice, and decided to work with the company they lined me up with. I moved out of state and I lived with other returned missionaries that I didn’t know at first, but after a couple of days, we all ended up being great friends!

It seemed a little overwhelming to me at first, but I had great leaders that invested time and energy, to be sure that I succeeded. It was hard work, but I ended up making way more money then I would have staying in Utah. I was super grateful for the opportunity. It helped me to grow in so many ways. I gained a new set of skills, new friends, and amazing memories. Doing sales was a huge blessing and gave me a whole new perspective on life and the limits I can reach.

If you’re considering working with the guys at MissionJobs, just do it. You have absolutely nothing to lose. They will present you with an incredible opportunity, and if it doesn’t work for you, or you just don’t feel right about it, the guys at mission Jobs won’t be offended. They really take an interest in just helping returned missionaries out."

I heard about the guys from MissionJobs right when I finished my mission. I had just returned home, and was looking for a job. I was surprised when I found out that you can make a lot of money working with the companies they have in their network. I needed a job and so I decided to give it a shot.

to be on a team of 100% returned missionaries, I felt a little more comfortable about the option. The first day on the doors was great. I watched my trainer sale 5 accounts. I was shocked when he told me at the end of the day that he had made over $700 that day by selling those 5 accounts. That made me realize how much potential the job had.

I only worked a month and a half, because I was on my mission for the first half of the summer, but in that month and a half I made over $15,000. It was hard work, but

it helped me to get the money I needed to pay for school and get back on my feet after returning home. I was able to walk away having a successful summer, because of hard work. I couldn’t have done that hard work without the opportunity. I was extremely grateful for the opportunity, and also the great company mission jobs set me up with. I highly recommend you chat with the mission jobs team.

I had previously done sales for another company when I returned home from my mission. It was a good experience, but I didn’t make as much money as I thought I would. I chatted with the guys over at mission jobs to see if they had any job opportunities. After they presented an opportunity, I looked into it quite a bit. I had lots of questions, and I wanted to be sure that I was going to be working for a company

Education: University of Utah

where I could excel, and also make some good money.

After checking everything out, I decided to work with the company the guys at mission jobs recommended. The team was all returned missionaries, and I made great life long friends there. I learned so much about myself, and how I could become an even harder worker, a better communicator, and to be a team player.

I made great money, and even came back for two more summers to work for the same company. I was really grateful for the guys over at mission jobs, and the opportunity they gave me. If you’re considering doing a summer job, I recommend that you ask lots of questions. The guys at mission jobs have lots of experience and will definitely be able to get you the answers you’re looking for.
